Wil was awesome at keeping the conversation on track. The workshop was a fun, interactive way to discover more about the true focus/meaning of my brand while helping me bridge the gap of my brand identity crisis. Each activity was well explained and he provided examples and answers to any questions I had. Overall, I feel way better about my company's current path and how to work my branding in order to be successful.
The Brand Sprint was a fantastic way to workshop ideas that had been brewing for me since I started out. Working with Will helped me formalize the way that I will discuss and perceive my brand going forward. His feedback goes beyond useful and will be an important part of how I make decisions about my business going forward.
It is extremely rare to encounter a product designer who excels at both the speed and quality of their work: Wil is that designer. I was fortunate enough to work alongside Wil on a couple of high-profile projects, and I was able to experience firsthand the confluence between his surgical execution and attention to detail, and his emphasis on creating accessible, desirable user experiences.
Wil handled these large projects with a calm, stoic attitude that was to be admired; he never seemed to flinch in the face of changing requirements, moving goalposts, and last-minute client requests. No matter the obstacle, he persevered.

Great UI / UX designer. Wil Took us through a design sprint that allowed him to understand our needs as a startup. The design sprint allowed him to understand to refine our vision of the product! The design sprint gave us the ability to look at the business from a different angle and helped steer Hooot in the right direction. Great communication and very satisfied with the deliverables.

I absolutely loved workshopping my brand with Wil. He's so caring and really wanted me to find clarity in my mission and how to put it out into the world. He's a fantastic listener, helping me to find the words, but only when I felt stuck. He never tried to put words into my mouth. He was just able to capture them while listening, in order to find the true essence of what I'm about and what I want to do with my business. This was invaluable! He made me feel so validated and gave me the freedom to really explore without ever getting impatient. He unselfishly took the time needed until we both felt really comfortable and excited with the finished product.

It was nice to have someone else spend so much time & energy on my startup concept. Sometimes being a solo founder can be isolating, and there is a good chance that I could be seeing my idea from a single vantage point. So, to have someone ask questions and ask for clarification really helped me articulate more of the details of my idea.

I started with a Notable workshop that helped organize all the previously fragmented components of Puzzle's product vision into one single document. From 20-year goal, persona(s), value(s), competitors, brand positioning & differentiators, to user stories and features sets, this document was used to accelerate team member alignment and team member onboarding. For the first time, I could right-click and share my company vision and product vision. It requires time to document, but the investment is well worth it when aligning team members. If you're an early stage startup looking to get your idea out of your brain, onto paper, and work through many strategic considerations, I'd highly recommend working with Wil in his workshop.
